Here are some of the most commonly asked questions:

Do the prints come framed?

Frames and mats are not included in shipped art purchases. 

Can I get expedited shipping? I need this fast!

At this time I do not have an expedited shipping option. All orders are shipped First Class Mail or UPS Ground, both are 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy?

I received a print as a gift, can I return it to you and get something else?

Items can be returned by the original purchaser under the same return policy above. Once returned you'll need to place a new order for the new print you'd like. Direct exchanges are not available since all prints are made only when an order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders process very quickly in my stores! Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled. Please understand there are no exceptions to this timing as this is a policy with all of my printers.

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please contact me right away if your items arrive damaged. You can use the contact form and begin your message with DAMAGED ITEMS. I will reach out to you with instructions on what to do next.
